First of all Rick is what I would consider to be a professional photographer. He took wonderful pictures of our home for the virtual tour... He then assembled an online listing with virtual tour so lovely that it almost made me re-consider selling my home in the first place!! Less than 48 hours later I had an offer for the full asking price!! I was in shock.. The level of expertise Rick displayed throughout the entire process was unbelievable.. When I started the process I didn't even know what to ask for my home.. He came to my house, sat down at the table with me and walked me through the entire process. He advised me on my homes value and he was right.. I sold my home home for $10k more than I thought it was worth.. To me Rick was worth his weight in gold... Literally!

Rick was absolutely amazing. I'll never forget being on the road to Kentucky and needing to get a realtor fast to work with me the following day to look at houses. He literally got right to it without any complaints. Very polite on the phone and in person. He took every note from me on what my family and I were looking for. Being that we were 9 hours+ away in PA it made it difficult to know what was going on with stuff in Kentucky once we found the house we wanted. Rick made it easy for us doing above and beyond work figuring out all the little details and staying in touch with us almost daily to let us know an update. He helped us find a hotel to stay in when we arrived since it would be a few days until closing and we had dogs. The day of the move came and we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get moving truck with trailer on back up the steep driveway, so Rick was kind enough to offer his truck to have trailer put on it and he hauled it to our new home. Where he then proceeded without being asked to help us unload two trailers we had. I was speechless at how awesome and kind he was. We are moved in and we still keep in contact with him often. He has been outstanding with giving us great people to help us with different projects that need done around the house and they are super reasonable and do a great job. We didn't just get a realtor out of this, we received a life long friend and were super blessed to have Rick as our realtor. I will recommend him to anyone I come across looking for a house. Thank you Rick from the bottom of our hearts helping us find the home of our dreams.
